Brief Discussion on Construction Preparation for Jacked High-Strength Prestressed Pipe Piles and Quality Supervision Control of Pile Cutting and Pile Splicing
The construction technology of jacked high-strength prestressed pipe piles is widely used owing to its characteristics of high vertical bearing capacity of a single pile, fast construction progress, and low construction noise. However, during construction, inadequate preparation or improper construction methods can bring about numerous adverse effects and quality problems, and these quality problems are relatively difficult to remedy. Therefore, this article provides a detailed exposition of various measures and precautions concerning pile sinking preparation and pile cutting treatment, in the hope of thereby achieving effective pre-control during the construction preparation stage and implementing quality process control.
