A Brief Discussion on the Design of Electrical Control Circuits for Construction Machinery Equipment
The term "construction machinery" refers to the general designation of construction equipment used for engineering construction. It is widely used in engineering fields such as buildings, water conservancy, electric power, roads, mines, ports, and national defense, and comes in a great variety of types. Construction machinery equipment cannot do without electric drive systems. Taking the electric drive systems in construction machinery equipment as an example, this paper mainly discusses the electrical control circuits in such systems. During design, the type of electrical control circuit to be equipped and matched should be specifically determined according to different production requirements, the different processes of mechanical equipment, the surrounding operating environment, and the nature of production. On this premise, the control circuits should be designed to be as concise, economical, safe, and reliable as possible, and easy to operate and maintain, so as to achieve the best economic benefits in production.
