Discussion on Mechanical Equipment Configuration and Management for Expressway Pavement Engineering

With the rapid development of China's economy, the use of high-grade highways has been increasingly intensified, and high-grade highways have become indispensable infrastructure for modern China's economic development. Therefore, whether engineering management and configuration are reasonable plays a very important role in the benefits and quality of a project. At present, the rapid development of high-grade highway construction in China has continuously raised the requirements for highway construction machinery and equipment. Thus, efficient management of machinery and equipment plays a crucial role in the quality and benefits of highway construction projects. Application of Fault Tree Analysis in the Maintenance and Management of Construction Machinery

This paper elaborates on the role and application methods of Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and applies FTA to the diagnosis of machinery faults at road and bridge construction sites. Taking the faults and maintenance of loaders and tower cranes as examples, it adopts the form of fault trees to produce comprehensive, systematic, and hierarchical diagnostic analysis results, thereby verifying the favorable application effects of FTA, and briefly summarizes the characteristics of FTA in its application to the maintenance and management of construction machinery.
