Evaluation and Analysis of Product Design and Technological Innovation Capability in the Construction Machinery Industry

The design and innovation of construction machinery products are closely tied to the capital invested, the accumulation of technology, product output, and the value realized. For manufacturing enterprises, greater attention is paid to the essential characteristics of products in terms of design and innovation. This paper analyzes the evaluation of design and technological innovation capability for construction machinery products in manufacturing enterprises. Through AIOV evaluation, a comprehensive score for the technological innovation of construction machinery products can be obtained, and technological-level indicators are fully considered to reflect an enterprise's design innovation capability and development potential. In addition, AIOV evaluation can also be used to evaluate the service quality of a product's remote evaluation system.

Carbon Dioxide Refrigeration and Its Application Analysis in the Field of Construction Machinery

This paper introduces the basic characteristics of carbon dioxide refrigerant and the working principle of carbon dioxide refrigeration systems, and analyzes the transcritical cycle process of carbon dioxide refrigeration and its characteristics. It compares and analyzes the advantages of carbon dioxide refrigerant over other refrigerants, and presents the current application status of carbon dioxide refrigeration systems. The thermal environment of construction machinery cabs is analyzed and calculated, and the application advantages of carbon dioxide refrigeration compared with traditional refrigeration methods in the field of construction machinery are compared. The results show that in the practical use of construction machinery, carbon dioxide refrigeration systems can effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional refrigeration methods, achieve good application results, and have huge application potential in construction machinery and other fields.

Discussion on Remanufacturing of Construction Machinery Hydraulic Valves and Analysis of Its Benefits

China has a vast territory and abundant exploitable resources. Even so, due to the high material demands of economic development, China's resource reserves have been decreasing year by year. To alleviate this resource shortage, resource recycling and reuse is particularly important. Among these, remanufacturing technology is an important form of realizing the recycling and reuse of waste items. It is a sublimation of traditional recycling methods; remanufacturing involves a higher level of technology and is a more advanced form of reuse. Especially in the machinery manufacturing industry, after some products are remanufactured and put into use, not only is their original damage repaired, but their performance can even exceed that of certain new products, demonstrating the importance of machinery remanufacturing in social development. Taking construction hydraulic valves as an example, this paper discusses their remanufacturing and analyzes the economic benefits of carrying out this work.
