Performance Failure Analysis and Preventive Measures for Construction Machinery
Failures in construction machinery, especially those of core components such as hydraulic pumps and bearings, do not occur suddenly; rather, they undergo a process of performance degradation over time, during which there are generally certain specific warning signs. If these signs can be detected early, failures can be reduced or avoided. How to detect these signs as early as possible, evaluate the performance of these components, keep equipment operating in a near "zero-failure" state, and effectively achieve equipment failure control has become an unavoidable issue for enterprises. This paper analyzes performance failures of construction machinery and preventive measures, so as to ensure a relatively high utilization rate and a long service life of construction machinery, and strive to obtain the greatest economic benefits at the lowest cost.
