A Brief Discussion on Refined Management of Bridge Engineering Machinery
Machinery management refers to the overall management by construction enterprises of the entire process of mechanical equipment, including equipment procurement, business operations and production, use and maintenance, renewal and upgrading, and disposal and scrapping. It encompasses all management work throughout the entire process of both the physical movement and value movement of mechanical equipment. As bridge construction enterprises, in order to ensure construction safety in bridge projects, ensure construction punctuality, ensure construction quality, and ensure task completion, the use and management of mechanical equipment cannot be neglected. This paper mainly introduces the management methods for bridge machinery and equipment, with emphasis on management details concerning foundations, operators, equipment leasing, equipment use and maintenance, and safety.
