Fault Analysis and Maintenance of Hydraulic Transmission Systems in Construction Machinery
The fault types of hydraulic transmission systems in construction machinery are diverse and widely distributed. If a fault occurs in such a system, it is strictly prohibited to blindly dismantle hydraulic components and the like; instead, the principle of "exterior before interior, concentration before dispersion" should be adhered to, so as to locate the fault area and identify its cause, and on this basis, practical and feasible preventive and corrective measures should be formulated. Generally speaking, faults in hydraulic components of ordinary construction machinery are unavoidable, and staff should take relevant measures to minimize them. In addition, improving construction machinery management mechanisms and standardizing the operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems can both reduce the failure rate of construction machinery, thereby extending its service life and enhancing its performance.
