A Brief Discussion on the Application of Mechatronics Technology in Construction Machinery

The development of science and technology has brought great convenience to our life and production, and since entering the new century, mechatronics technology has also achieved a higher level of development. This development is not limited to the updating and improvement of the technology itself, but to a large extent also depends on the expansion of its application scope, which is well illustrated by its current application in construction machinery. Focusing on the application of mechatronics technology in construction machinery, this paper first introduces the current status of mechatronics in machinery applications, then emphatically analyzes the main role of mechatronics technology in machinery applications, and finally analyzes the prospects of mechatronics in construction machinery applications.

Power Matching and Control Technology Design of Hydraulic Systems for Construction Machinery

Hydraulic technology was first invented abroad, and its development momentum abroad has been strong, yielding fruitful results. As a later adopter of hydraulic technology, China is still in the stage of imitation and exploration, and has not yet developed hydraulic technology specific to the country. Hydraulic technology is a leader in contemporary mechanical technology, representing the integrated application of two major contemporary theories (automatic control and hydraulic theory) and two major technologies (computer and engine technology). Since hydraulic technology was introduced into construction machinery, machines have achieved significant improvements in energy saving and efficiency, while their adaptability to environments and working conditions has also greatly increased, making machines notably more user-friendly in both operation and maintenance. This paper analyzes and introduces the current status and model design of hydraulic technology one by one.
