Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting of Hydraulic Systems in Construction Machinery

In recent years, China's construction machinery industry has developed rapidly, and hydraulic systems have been widely used in engineering projects. As a key component of excavators, they have become an indispensable part of the development of the power, construction, oil extraction, mining, and other industries. The hydraulic system of construction machinery is crucial to the functioning of large construction machinery and is the core component among all parts of the machine, becoming an important factor constraining the machine's operation. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze faults in construction machinery hydraulic systems and propose troubleshooting measures. This paper briefly analyzes three aspects: the characteristics of faults in construction machinery hydraulic systems, system faults caused by overheating of the hydraulic oil in excavator hydraulic systems, and troubleshooting measures.

Discussion on the Handling Mechanism for Construction Machinery Safety Accidents in Building Construction

Building safety has become a prominent issue in today's society, and the safety management of construction machinery is an important part of building safety management. According to surveys, during building construction, machinery safety accidents caused by operational errors account for 88% of all accidents, posing a serious threat to people's personal safety. This paper addresses the problem that in winter, water collects and freezes on the inner walls of the pneumatic lines of the pipe feeder system on the KQG150Y open-air high-pressure down-the-hole drill rig, causing blockages in the system and affecting normal operating efficiency. Without changing the original mechanical performance principles of the equipment, the drill pipe feeder system was converted from pneumatic to hydraulic drive, achieving the desired results and improving the operating efficiency of the equipment.
