The expert review panel consisted of 7 renowned domestic experts, with Hua Jianxin, National Engineering Survey and Design Master, serving as the group leader, and Zhang Yan, Vice Chairman of the Jiangsu Civil Engineering and Architectural Society, serving as the deputy group leader.
